Payment & pricing
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
- Klarna
First, you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either by Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card, Swish or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Shipping and returns
- Free shipping within Sweden on web orders over 500 SEK. For orders below the free shipping limit, a shipping cost of SEK 69 (incl. VAT) will be added.
- Free international shipping for web orders over €450 (excluding VAT). Orders below the free shipping limit are subject to a shipping charge of €13 for companies and €16 for private individuals.
- When ordering by email/telephone, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) is always added.
- Delivery is made within 1-3 days for deliveries within Sweden. For delivery outside Sweden, it takes a few more days.
- *For contract customers, shipping conditions apply as agreed with C2 Vertical Safety.
- *When ordering via email / telephone, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) is always added.
- For deliveries outside the EU, there is a customs charge that is paid by the buyer.
- For delivery in connection with repair and service, shipping of SEK 69 will be added,
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Product sold out
We reserve the right to sell out. If an item is out of stock and cannot be sent, we will notify you by email usually within 1-2 days.
Returns & exchange
30 days return policy
As a consumer, you always have a 30-day return and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 30 days of receiving your package. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.
Returns Private customers
Right now we have free returns. Contact us to get your return shipping label and fill in the following form the return form and send it in the box. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the parcel. Pack your goods in the same box they were delivered in or equivalent, then attach the return shipping label to the packaging (not directly to the shoebox). Hand it in to your nearest DHL agent.
Returns Business customers
As a company, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.
Service and repair
In case of service/repair, these costs will be added:
Shipping: 69kr
A fixed cost for troubleshooting is SEK 245 incl. VAT. If further investigation is to be done, it costs SEK 500/h.
Repair cost per hour: 750 SEK/h incl. VAT.
After an initial troubleshooting of SEK 245, we always call the customer and tell them the estimated continued cost before we continue troubleshooting and repair.
We do not make any claims on lamps without presentation of receipts.

Who is responsible for the personal data we collect?
