Payment & pricing

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Klarna Checkout
    Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

    In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.

Shipping and returns

We offer the following shipping methods:

    Just nu erbjuder vi fri frakt på alla ordrar*.
    Fraktavgift 150:- SEK (ink. moms), fraktfritt efter ett ordervärde på 1000:- (ink. moms) för leveranser inom Sverige.
  • Leverans sker inom 1-3 dagar.
  • *För avtalskunder gäller fraktvillkor enligt avtal med C2 Vertical Safety.
  • *When ordering via email / telephone, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) is always added.

Om leveransförsening uppstår meddelar vi dig detta genom e-post. Du som kund har alltid rätt att häva köpet vid leveransförseningar.  Vi förbehåller oss rätten att friskriva oss från all ersättning till kund gällande leveransförseningar.

Product sold out

We reserve us for faulty stock values. If an item is out of stock and cannot be sent, we will notify you by email within 1-2 days. 

Returns & exchange

30 days return policy
As a consumer, you always have a 30-day return and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 30 days of receiving your package. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.

Returer Private customers
Right now we have free returns. A return shipping note and delivery note are included with your order. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the package. Pack your goods in the same box they were delivered in or equivalent and then attach the return shipping note on the packaging (not directly on the shoe box). Submit it to your nearest DHL service office.

Returer Business customers
As a company, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.

Who can we share your personal information with?
