Pricing
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Payment (business)
We offer Nets Payment Solutions or C2 invoice (if you are a contract customer).

Payment (private customer)
We offer the following payment methods via Klarna Checkout.

  • Card payment – VISA / Mastercard
  • ’Direct payment’ or secure bank transfer via Klarna.
  • 'Get first, pay later', invoice via Klarna.
  • 'Pay in parts', payments via Klarna

Pay by invoice, card or bank transfer - Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that they differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping
Right now we have free shipping on all orders *.

Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK (incl. VAT). For orders below the free shipping limit, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) will be added.

*When ordering via email / telephone, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) is always added.

For contract customers, shipping terms apply in accordance with the agreement with C2 Vertical Safety.

Delivery time
The order's estimated delivery time is stated in the delivery confirmation that you receive after you receive the order confirmation. When the order has been sent from C2, the delivery time is usually 1-5 weekdays.

Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns & exchanges

To return an item, fill in our return document, which you will find below, only applies to business customers..

Please note that you cannot return:
- Specially ordered goods (for example, specially ordered shoes)
- Mounted kits

30 days return policy
Private customers
Right now we have free returns. A return shipping note and delivery note are included with your order. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the package. Pack your goods in the same box they were delivered in or equivalent and then attach the return shipping note on the packaging (not directly on the shoe box). Submit it to your nearest DHL service office.

Business customers
As a company, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.

Claims

We make sure that our products are of the highest quality, that they deliver as they should, and not least that you are satisfied with your products. Should you receive a defective product, you have the right to make a claim within 3 years from the time you bought the product, provided that the defect is factory made.
