We offer the following payment methods via Klarna Checkout.

  • ’Direct payment’ or secure bank transfer via Klarna.
  • 'Get first, pay later', invoice via Klarna.
  • 'Pay in parts', payments via Klarna

Pay by invoice, card or bank transfer - Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that they differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.


  • Free shipping within Sweden on web orders over 500 SEK. For orders below the free shipping limit, a shipping cost of SEK 69 (incl. VAT) will be added.
  • Free international shipping for online orders over €450 (ex VAT). For orders below the free shipping limit, a shipping charge of €13 for businesses and €16 for individuals will be added.
  • When ordering via email / telephone, a shipping cost of SEK 150 (incl. VAT) is always added.

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time of the order is stated in the order acknowledgement that you receive after receiving the order confirmation. Once the order has been sent from C2, the delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within Sweden.

Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

30 days return policy
Private customers
Right now we have free returns. Contact us to get your return shipping label and fill in the following form the return form and send it in the box. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the parcel. Pack your goods in the same carton they were delivered in or equivalent, then attach the return shipping label to the packaging. Hand it in to your nearest DHL agent.

Business customers
As a company, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right when you shop with us. This means that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only valid for unopened packaging.

Should you receive a defective product, you have the right to make a claim within 3 years from the time you bought the product, provided that the defect is factory made.
